Yes. New customers can request a free test shoot for one or two apparel products.
Before the test, we agree on the required views, angles and basic image specifications. The test allows you to evaluate our image quality and working style before placing a larger order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
The customer pays the costs of shipping the products to Kan7 and returning them to the customer.
For the return shipment, you can choose between two options:
We recommend insured and trackable shipping for valuable products.
Photography is usually completed within two to three working days after receipt of the products and final clarification of the order.
For very large orders or unusually complex products, the schedule is agreed individually.
The products are usually packed and returned after the photography has been completed.
You normally do not need to wait until the full image editing process is finished.
For new customers, we first photograph one representative product according to the agreed requirements.
We send the sample result to you for approval. After you confirm the view, angle and presentation style, the remaining products are photographed according to the approved standard.
This process helps avoid misunderstandings before the full production begins.

We inform you about the expected editing period when the order is confirmed or after the products have been checked.
Yes. After editing is completed, we send you a folder overview or low-resolution preview thumbnails.

The preview images are intended only for checking and are not suitable for publication or commercial use.
Our standard delivery format is:
The standard delivery includes the final edited JPG files.
RAW files, unedited source files, working files and layered PSD files are not included unless this has been separately agreed in writing.
After payment has been received, the final high-resolution images are provided via a download link.
The files are delivered in the previously agreed format, size and resolution.
We retain final image files and relevant project files for at least six months after delivery.
After this period, files may be transferred to offline storage or deleted. Permanent availability or later restoration cannot be guaranteed.
We recommend downloading and securely archiving all delivered files immediately.
After image editing is completed, new customers receive the preview thumbnails or folder overview together with the invoice.
The invoice is payable within seven days from the invoice date without deduction.
For new customers, the final high-resolution image files are released after payment has been received.
Different payment terms may apply to existing customers if these have already been agreed separately.
Model & Video Presentation is a digital extension based on professionally photographed product images.
It can be used to create model images and short motion clips. The results are manually reviewed and selected before delivery.
A Digital Product Image is a static visual presentation of a digital garment. It is suitable for product presentation and additional visual content without another photo shoot.
